All Purpose Series

This series of cyanoacrylate adhesives is available in many viscosities for you to choose from. They can be applied to various materials and gaps. In this All Purpose Series, 909 Gel is the most appropriate for large applications. Its special features are:

Low Odour, Low Blooming Series

Normal cyanoacrylate adhesives tend to have a somewhat irritating odour and when used in high moisture environments, there tends to be a whitening or blooming phenomenon occurring on the sides of the attached parts. The Cartell working group has developed this series of high purity, cyanoacrylate adhesive with low odour and low blooming features. They are especially designed for use where product appearance is desired, for example, electrical components and automotive applications.

Metal Series

Rubber Toughened Series

Rubber Toughened series is designed for use in higher temperature and higher humidity environments. These rubber toughened high viscosity products can be used where flexibility and vibration resistance is needed. They are suitable for difficult to bond materials, sucha s thermal plastic and possess faster fixturing than epoxy resin, therefore easier it is easier for construction work.

Grade C681 and C685 are clear, rubber toughened cyanoacrylate adhesives. Grade M680, B684 and B689 are black, rubber toughened adhesives. Grade B299 is a black, low odour and low blooming cyanoacrylate adhesive.

Surface Insensitive Series

Surface Insensitive Series is a quick setting cyanoacrylate adhesive, specially formulated for bonding dry, porous and acid surfaces, sucha s wood, paper made products, PU foam, cork, rubber and ceramics.

Grade 601 is a fast setting adhesive that is suitable for continious or automated production lines.

Grade 606 is suitable for rubber and EPDM materials.

Grade 695 is suitable for a wide variety of materials.

Surface Preparation Products

Surface Preparation Products are designed to ensure the maximum performance of Cyanoacrylate Adhesives. Accelerators are used to reduce the cure speed and improve gap-filling capabilities of cyanoacrylate Adhesives. The primer is used to ensure cure on inactive surfaces.

PP/PE Primer

mxbon primer Grade 2100 PP/PE Primer designed to make polyethylene, polypropylene and other low-energy plastics suitable for bonding with cyanoacrylate adhesive.

De-Bonder

mxbon de-bonder Grade 2201 Debonder is a solvent blend that can be used to clean cured cyanoacrylate adhesive from surfaces, clothing or to debond parts assembled with cyanoacrylate adhesive.
